Offering Guided Meditation Therapy:

There is an available offering of an added spiritual element for those who work with and respond to that. That said, I do work with conventional research as well as traditional wisdom to find ways to address the bodymind directly: For example, my furst training jntegrated Indigenous ajd Indic wisdom with Positive Psychology, so I have learned from the start to view things through various lenses, This, over time, has lead me to ultimately understand and very much appreciate that whatever language and labels we assign to things, what is, is - and what works, works.

Initial seasion is one hour and twenty minutes at $100 with following session one hour at $81.

I work in-person and remotely. I travel for other jobs and am often in other USA cities, so feel free to reach out if you prefer in-person and live outsid NY.

I work in Arts including facilitations of Healing Arts. Native Nyer. I have lived between LA and NYC the last three years.

I prioritize a facilitation of individuals navigating back to their truest path. I have faith that, from there, all other things can find their way back into place.

I have guided meditations on three continents and studied in and examined and had teachers from traditions on 5.

Of what I feel sufficiently trained in to offer a service, I have learned, and will continue to learn, those that seem to provide the most benefits, with as gentle a relationship with one's system as can be, and that seem to have zero or few side effects for most individuals.

Sometimes I integrate more than one modality or approach and sometimes I work in purity: Sessions are case-by-case, according to what comes uup in the moment.
