Apartment is on 2nd floor in a walk-up building. One bedroom is very small. Apartment was renovated relatively recently. It is in the back of the building, so does not have street noise. There is a spacious open kitchen, living room. No Dishwasher, no Washer/Dryer. Living room gets good light. Bedrooms do not get much light.
No bathtub.
Rent includes Heat. Wifi, electric are separate charges.
Great location. Close to many trains, supermarket, laundromat, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum and Library.
Building is Owner Occupied.
Space has been well cared for. It is Not furnished.

I have been living in the apartment for three years. Unfortunately my family and I have to leave town right after renewing our lease. We love this apartment and have been so happy living
here. We are planning and hoping to come back at the beginning of the new year, although we are not certain if that will happen.
The apartment will be shown by our landlord if we have left.
