The apartment is located off the 3 and 4 trains between the Kingston and Utica Avenue stops and about a 10 minute walk north to the A and C trains. Eastern parkway is close by with running/biking paths and Prospect Park is a few subway stops away. Kingston Ave has shops and restaurants and you're only a few blocks from Nostrand and Franklin Avenues, both of which have tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. Travel time to midtown during the day is about a 35-40 minute commute.

The available bedroom has a bedframe and mattress if needed. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and includes a large balcony (with a small grill), central air and modern stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The building is about 6 years old with laundry in the basement and a rooftop patio.

Looking for someone interested in signing a lease at the beginning of October 1st. I'm unable to sublet the apartment.

We like the apartment to be fairly clean and organized. We sometimes have guests and gatherings, but always try and give notice before hand.
