About This Lister

We are the owners of the 2-family house. I am a born and raised New Yorker, and my partner grew up in Queens.

We have been caring for this space for over 6 years and live nearby. The first floor apartment is occupied by our amazing tenants. This apartment for rent is on the second floor. We are kind, easy to work with, and are readily available if anything comes up.

Since we both work, we share the responsibility of showing the space - as we share most responsibilities - and are looking for a good fit who's looking to stay long term and will care for this space as much as we have.
