Great news!!! Gowanus Creative Studios is expanding.
We are adding 35 more studios to the 190 creative studios we currently have.
This is an all new buildout. Each studio is private and comes with slightly different options: some small, some big, some with windows, some without etc...Adding skylights is an option.
All studios are completely private.

We have the following studios being built out and available for a October 1, 2024 move in.
Studios range from 80-1100 sq. ft.
Prices range from $300-$3500/month
There are many factors in pricing out our studios besides the usual size factor. How high are the ceilings, what is the sun exposer, how close is the studio to the main entrance, slop sink or bathrooms.
Spaces can be combined if your looking for larger studios
Sharing studios with a mate is completely allowed, and a great way to save on rent.

Keep in mind, we manage over 230 studios in the building, so availability changes often. So if what is available right now on the website is not to your liking, please revisit it periodically.
We also are very flexible in allowing our tenants to move from one studio to another. So you can start your lease in one studio and when another one becomes available that you prefer, you can move into it.

My mission is to keep rental prices low and build a cohesive community to allow the creatives to stay in the Gowanus area.
