This apartment and building has been my home for 15+ years. This apartment is not fully furnished. I was drawn to this location because of its convenience, proximity to parks and restaurants. In the apartment you will enjoy tons of natural light especially in the living room with 4 large south facing windows.

Apartment is NOT fully furnished, except for a dresser and 3 window A/C units than can removed.

I've lived in Harlem for 15 years. I was a huge fan of hosting and cooking in this apartment.

I will not be living in the apartment. I will be able to stop by the apartment if needed.

I'm available to show the apartment starting September 25, however, the unit currently occupied, so schedules will need to be coordinated.
