We are situated 1 block from York Boulevard which is filled with some very popular stores, cafes and restaurants including Kumquat Coffee, Belle's Bagels, Ggiata, Queen St, Joy, Scoops, Magpies, Donut Friend, a playground, grocery stores & even Bob Baker puppet theatre all within very short walking distance. Figueroa St is a 5min drive or ~30min walk with many other well renowned restaurants. We will provide all our recommendations if requested. This is super vibrant, walkable neighbourhood with lots going on and lots of families around.

The house has wooden floors throughout and heaps of natural light throughout the day. A cosy but open plan layout with a large dining table which can double as a workspace. Record player with a collection of records, everything you may need in the kitchen including smoothie maker & airfryer. I am a chef & the kitchen is well kitted out to cook till your hearts content.

Free street parking is readily available.

We have 2 children age 5 & 1 and our property is well suited for a family but not a necessity. A clean, bright & open plan space. With notice we can include an additional twin bed if required in the 2nd bedroom or they can be joined together to make a double.

We are looking for someone to rent our place whilst we’re away on travels over Thanksgiving week November 23 -November 30 & Christmas break December 15-30. We do have some flexibility with dates & duration so please get in touch. Or if you're looking for dates in 2025 especially during school breaks please do send us a message.

About This Lister

We are a family of 4 who relocated to LA in 2023 from England. Rex is a DOP & I am currently a stay at home mum to our 2 children but I am a chef by trade. We really love our neighbourhood. It has such a wonderful community and lots going on.

Our home is very well suited to a family as our home is set up with a cot, highchair, twin beds, toys & books. The neighbourhood is very family friendly with a playground almost next door to the house and lots of excellent cafes, restaurants, bars and even the Bob Baker puppet theater. We are a short drive to many great places in Los Angeles and are very happy to provide you with recommendations.

We try to live a minimal lifestyle (as much as life with 2 kids can allow) so we try to keep our home clean and clutter free.

Although we think this home would be suited to a family this isn't a requirement.

Pets Policy

Small, well behaved dogs should be ok but do check with us in advance. Sorry no cats (allergies)
