We have 1 studio left for rent starting this month/now on the second floor.....

1 VERY BRIGHT, quiet studio that is fully private studio with view outside a large window!
Looking for quiet office folks, painters, graphic designer type of work to be part of this intimate space. I am looking for one person only per studio not groups of folks to share. Each studio has access to kitchen/bath inside the pace. Please read everything through before sending emails/texts.

Studio #1 $950 approx 190 square feet with large storage closet/large window, painted white with combination of brick walls and drywall. 19'x9' feet / Closet 4x7. One hanging light. Everything is painted white.

These two studios are on the second floor of the building and have their own shared bathroom with 3 total studios, a super vibe common kitchen area as well. There are only 3 studios in this loft space so it is cozy, private, quiet. Reminder this is for commercial spaces.

Studio fee $50 per month. This goes towards soap/toliet paper and utilities. This price will not change during your lease.

Its a quaint and cozy old Brooklyn feel. Quirks exists, but it hyper functional. This loft has three total studios filled with one painter and me. I am there only on occasion so basically it is a space shared with two tenants in total.

All in All We are a creative community here in the Wallabout / Navy Yard / Fort Greene area. this building hosts a bunch of different artists on all floors. We have curated a fabulous group of makers and artists of all sorts... from fashion to architecture, film making to jewelry and painting.... we have a bit of it all. Located down the street from Steiner Studios, Flushing Food Courts, Wegmans across the street, 15 minutes to BAM and New Lab is across the street. Kinda close to it all. it all Multiple sizes of art studios & office spaces geared towards smaller companies, fashion, start-ups, photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, editors, painters, photographers, sculptors, hat makers, jewelry, writers, and more! Our communal kitchen, conference and rooftop are great areas for networking or taking a moment or catching up on insta!

Centrally located; these studios are walking distance to Dumbo (12 mins), Pratt (12mins), Wburg (10min via car).

I'm the manager, an artist and also have a studio here.

I am helping to facilitate a project here in the Wallabout which is in midst of a creative boom. My plan is to help curate a smaller mix of entreprenuers/artists who are respectful, considerate, kind, passionate about their work and about sharing the space.
