I am looking for a short term sublet September 30th (or around after that) to the middle of December (flexible/ can be before or after with some wiggle room). I am open to a longer term sublet if the place & people are just right.

I am looking for a smaller, more affordable (sub $1,000-$1,200) furnished/unfurnished minimal space- preferably with WiFi & utilities included. I’m accustomed to traveling in a tour bus & I excel living in what most people consider small. If your room has a lofted bed, that’s what I’m looking for! Any leads or other neighborhoods close to Park Slope are welcome.

I am a non-smoker (no drugs or marijuana) male who doesn’t bring the party home. I drink socially. I am looking for a drama free & clean space where I can rest my head. I work at a fashion retailer in Soho. I usually travel 1 weekend a month for freelance work related around music or art (personal assistant). I work full time- from 5-6 days a week.

I really enjoy reading comic books & collecting comic book art. I enjoy movies & TV, but I am not the type of person to sit in front of a television for hours.
