Tenant will have to be approved by the landlord and have employment and/or income verified. The security deposit is one month's rent. You will need to acquire renter's insurance. There is a lease initiation fee of $250 and a move-in fee of $300. Please don't let these extra fees stop you from inquiring. I'm willing to work with you.
