Spacious and well lit 1 bedroom. Newly refurnished and faces the back of the street for a calm day or night. Bedroom has a small window that makes it perfect to get a great nights rest. Two flights up in a walk up building with a laundromat on the ground floor.

No parties and loud music past midnight.
