We're looking to sublet our beautiful South Slope 1.5 bedroom for six months from mid-October through mid-April (exact dates are somewhat flexible). Fully furnished, the apartment is currently configured as a primary bedroom and an office but you could easily turn the office into a second bedroom or nursery (and we could discuss moving some of the office furniture if that was the case). Located on a quiet block in a great neighborhood, you'll also have convenient access to the R train as well as some of the neighborhood's best eateries like Luigi's Pizza, Southside Coffee, Krupa Grocery, and more. The apartment is on the top floor of a three floor walk-up in a building with only six units. Utilities included with the rent.
