My apartment in the UWS!!

Right off of Riverside Park in Morningside Heights (a few steps away), perfect for anyone who is a student or professor at Columbia (10 minute walk).

I'm traveling for the next few months TBD. Start and end date are flexible, longer term stayers preferred.

Looking for someone respectful, low-key, and mature to rent my apartment for the foreseeable future. Great for any Columbia grad students or visiting professors.

A bit about it:

1. Between west end and riverside drive, amazing access to riverside park (the best park in NYC imo).

2. Close to tons of restaurants and bars and everything UWS has to offer. Walking distance to 103 1 train and 2,3 express on 96th.

3. Walking distance to Columbia University

4. 5th floor walk up, huge high ceilings and a big private patio with river views. Awesome for the summer.

5. Start and end date flexible, $3500 a month all utilities included

6. 1br 1.5 bath
