We are subletting our apartment on the Greenpoint/Williamsburg border for the month of January. It can also be rented from 12/24-2/8. The price for one month is $3,000. Or if you want the full-time from Dec 24- Feb 8 it is $4500. The apartment is a spacious 4-room railroad on the 2nd floor. The Apt is clean, bright, and well decorated. Perfectly located for an extended vacation or for someone in-between spaces. Our dates are flexible but the full month of Jan is required.

There is a spacious well-equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a good-sized dining room with a dining table, a bedroom with a queen size bed (new Casper mattress), and a living room with a brand-new couch and desk. Good wifi (I work often from home on Zoom and never have problems) and a projector.

The apartment is right by the popular restaurant 5 Leaves, within walking distance to McCarren Park (one block, farmers market Saturday) but on a quiet tree-lined street. It is a 13 13-minute walk to McGolrick Park (farmers market Sunday). Blocks away from Greenpoint's famous Peter Pan Donuts. Close to a million great restaurants and shopping.
(Nura, Rule of Thirds, Lilia, Bonnies, Frankles, Bernies, Brooklyn Winery, etc...)
Also close to the waterfront of Williamsburg/Greenpoint which is great for long walks or running.

2 minutes to the Nassau G train or a 13-minute walk to the Bedford L train.

This is a very small very quiet building. Must respect neighbors and building rules. Shoes off in apt. Absolutely no parties! No overnight guests!
