The location (North Berkeley) is perfect: it's truly a commuter's haven the transcommuter bus, which takes you into SF, is less than a 1 minute walk. There are also several public bus lines nearby. If you mostly drive, that works too there is ample (and free) street parking. It's near ( 10 minute walk) several restaurants (e.g. Cheese Board) and cafes (e.g. Cafenated Coffee Company). Also nearby: Berkeley Public Library North Branch (6 minute walk), Monterey Market (15 minute walk), King School Park + Pool (11 minute walk), Berkeley Rose Garden (2 min drive), University of Berkeley (11 minute drive), Tilden Regional Park (9 minute drive), etc.

I'm a female professional that commutes into the city 1-2x per week. When I'm not working, I'm usually binging a new tv series, at the movies, cooking a yummy meal, or just cozying with my dog. This space is ideal for someone who wants a peaceful home.
