I am an artist from Berlin searching a sublet and/or a swap in New York City from the 4th and the 21st of October. I'll be in New York to do research for my PhD.

The flat is in the back house of an artist run space in Berlin-Wedding. It is a beautiful 2 room apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The heating is not super strong, but this shouldn’t be so important in October and you'll have a wooden stove to make it cosy.

The apartment is in a warm and mostly residential neighbourhood, close to parks like Plötzensee, many local businesses, and art spaces. We are close to all forms of public transportation, providing easy access to other parts of the city.

In New York, I'm looking for anything which is affordable for an independent artist and which is well connected to public transport.
