Hello!

Hey I'm Chris! I'm a working queer artist and looking for a person to sublet my apartment.

My apartment is spacious with a big living room and bedroom that are separated by a little hallway. I’m on the 1st floor in the back of the lobby so there is no street noise and the is also a little courtyard with a garden in the building. The apartment comes furnished and with a full kitchen. I have some plants that I’d ask the sublet to water daily. I’m ideally looking for someone interested in staying the whole time the apartment is available.

There is a Laundromat, Grocery store, Coffee Shop all within a couple blocks. There are also a lot of cool places to dine out in the area (Mexican, Haitian (vegan), Jamaican, etc ) that are all only blocks away.

Local Transportation: Subway AC Utica stop or 345 Utica stop

Pets: No Pets Allowed
