Im looking to sublet my furnished apartment starting March 1st, for at least one month, but open to longer. Located near Kent Ave and 4th st, this apartment is on the 5th floor in the heart of Williamsburg - steps away from the East River waterfront, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and much more.

The apartment is bright, high ceilings, big windows, but also very sound proof from outside noise and neighbors. There is a view of the east river/Manhattan and great views of the neighborhood and sky. The ferry, the L, G, and J/M are all in walking distance as well - you can easily get into Manhattan in under 20 minutes. The apartment is also pet friendly!

The space is compact, but very functional with ample storage space. In the bedroom are light blocking curtains and a small desk. The living room features a remote controlled projector and table with two extending panels. There is shared laundry in the hallway next to the apartment.

The building has 2 elevators, and also features recently renovated amenity spaces with a sauna and steam room, pool, gym, yoga room, rooftop, 2 additional outdoor areas, 2 TV watching rooms, a study room and more!
