The building is right on the line of Prospect Heights & Crown Heights within walking distance of a tons of great restaurants, bars, and 3 Metro stations & Nostrand stop on the LIRR (easy access to/from JFK). Grocery store that is similar to Whole Foods is directly underneath. This building is secure with a Conceirge & key fob access. It features 2 elevators, courtyard, a full gym, a game room with a pool table & tv, as well as a rooftop with grills, cabanas, other seating. Laundry is next door.

No pets are allowed in this unit, unfortunately. Available closet space will be limited to the coat closet & dresser.
