Hi all! My husband and I have been renting this apartment on Berry and North 1st Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn for the last year and need to move out of state. We are sad to leave it but the landlord has agreed to allow us to reassign the lease (apartment will be unfurnished). The lease can be reassigned to you from November 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 or August 31, 2025.

It's a beautiful space and great building that was built 1 year ago. We rented it because it was the largest kitchen I could find in the area, and has all new appliances. Neighbors are kind and quiet. Location is excellent and building amenities are well maintained. Berry Street is closed to cars all day and is a peaceful walking and biking street.

We are on the fourth floor overlooking North 1st street and the building has an elevator. It's a great apartment roommates as it has two full bathrooms and equally sized rooms, or a couple that is looking for extra space for guests or working from home. I've included the staged images provided by the building, as well as the photos I took of our unit as we have it laid out.

The building has a great gym and workspace, and huge roof that has incredible views of Brooklyn and the city.
