As insight into the Building's approval and background check process they will require submitting copies of the following:
* Complete Application & the Credit authorization forms; Remits Check for $20. payable to Jeffries Morris, Inc. [per applicant], to process a comprehensive credit report (criminal, credit & motor vehicle)
* Proof of Income (i.e. letter from Employer and excerpt from last recent income tax filing showing adjusted gross income.)
* Provide letter from applicant's Bank, on Bank's letterhead, showing daily balance(s);
* Complete W-9
* Provide Building with color copy of Drivers License
* Provide Building with color copy of Passport
As the Assignor will require the following once the building approves the applicant(s):
