This is a wonderful apartment with hardwood floors and excellent light in the best location in San Francisco: across the street from Dolores Park in the Mission.

I’ve loved living here for the past 1.5 years, it’s a special neighborhood in easy walking distance to bars, coffee shops, restaurants. The apartment is on Dolores, at the intersections of major cultural powerhouse neighborhoods like the Castro and the Mission District. Easy to access public transit. No car needed!

Details:
1 bedroom with Avocado mattress & organic sheets, 1 bathroom, functional kitchen stocked with lots of goodies but no dishwasher. Great sitting room overlooking the park. Bedroom is on the interior of the building, so it’s pretty quiet at night. There’s no parking spot, but street parking is reasonable. With enough notice, I can arrange for a visitor parking permit for an extra fee. This is a 3rd floor walk-up and unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible.

I try to keep this space feeling open and homey, while still functional to my needs as an academic and artist (you’ll see bookshelves and art!). There’s no television by design, but good wifi.

Would love to have someone at my place in Oct/Nov while I am visiting family and doing research in Davis/Sacramento. I do have local friends/family who can take care of immediate needs while I'm gone, as an emergency protocol.
