I’m a lawyer working in tech, currently based in New York and preparing for an extended stay in Paris. Current Tenant
- One-month security deposit required, refunded at the end of the stay if there are no damages
- A simple sublease agreement will be signed between us
- Rent is paid monthly via Zelle or bank transfer
- Preference for a responsible, clean, and respectful tenant who will treat the space as their own
