Welcome to our thoughtfully designed one bedroom apartment in Brooklyn.

This is the second time we are listing our space on the Listings Project for a long term rental.

We are looking for tenants who will treat this space as their home aka water the plants. There's a private elevator that opens directly into the apartment. The front balcony has a front door as well and can be accessed via stairs. This is a very community oriented space - you will see and maybe even interact with our amazing neighbors! for real- we lucked out

The bathroom is an actual spa with a deep bath, great shower pressure, and a Toto Bidet Washlet (heat toilet seat in the winter is amazing tbh).

There is no TV or indoor dining table, but the coffee table makes for great floor seating and there are barstools for the kitchen countertop.

Our custom designed sliding door provides a sound barrier between the bedroom and the rest of the apartment. We do not have blackout shades and recommend eye masks if you are sensitive to light in the mornings.

The triple pane windows keep the sounds of NYC out, but noise does travel within the building due to the elevator.

There is a fully equipped gym on the ground floor.

We're also less than a mile from Prospect Park, and a block away from an outdoor track and outdoor gym.

Smoking is prohibited in the building and on balconies.

The subway is two blocks away, there's bus routes close by, and parking is available onsite for $200/month, street parking is also available -just be mindful of the street cleaning rules.

The rent also includes a regular cleaning that we will schedule with you.

Please note closet and cabinet space will be made available, but some will be off limits. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum will also be made available for you to use during your stay.

We prioritizing someone who is interested in staying at our apt for the entire 6-months. there may be a small possibility for an extension before and after the listed dates as well

About This Lister

I (he/him) run a non-profit educating youth on creative entrepreneurship, music, DJ'ing and podcasting.

My partner (she/her) runs her own company selling low-dose herbal chocolates and tinctures.

Our cat Jean Luc (he/him) joins us on all our adventures (so he won't be around for your stay).

We live here full-time but we'll be in LA for 6 months as we build our various businesses there.
