We're visiting family in Europe for a month and looking to sublet our home while we're gone. It's a beautiful, clean, bright and (relatively, for NYC!) spacious 2-bedroom on a leafy a Brooklyn street walkable to great bars/restaurants (Speedy Romeo, Bar Birba, Roman's Colonia Verde, Sailor, etc), coffee shops (Commune, Clementine, Playground), shops (Sujuk, etc) and parks (Ft Greene Park, Herbert Von King, Pratt's campus), with 2 great subway lines (C, G) and a few bus routes to make getting around very easy!

The main bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed, walk-in shower and double vanity, while the second bedroom has a twin bed and a Babyletto crib. The kitchen has all the tools you'd need, there's a washer/dryer & dishwasher, and there are plants and good vibes throughout :)

Our place is great for a couple or young family, and we have a private roof deck that’s ideal for morning coffees, alfresco dinners and evening wind-downs.

Accessibility: The entrance to the building is ground level (no stoop) and our apartment is up one flight of stairs. The roof deck is up 3 more flights. There's plenty of street parking on our block, though you must be cautious of street cleaning / alternate side parking. Potential to also use our car (a Nissan SUV) while we're gone.

Note: We do have a non-shedding, hypoallergenic Maltese mix, who'll be traveling with us. Pets not allowed during rental.
