This is a furnished, spacious one-bedroom with a firm full bed, closet and dresser space, a living room with a nook featuring sit/stand desk and monitor, and a bathroom with a full bath and a window. The large eat-in kitchen has an oven/stove, blender, tea kettle, rice cooker, Instant Pot, and air fryer (no dishwasher).

I'm seeking someone who will be respectful of my beloved space. This is a gem of an apartment with great landlords, and it is not a place for parties. Pets are not allowed.

You'll be near the YMCA, local library, many restaurants and shops, reliable subway lines, and gorgeous Prospect Park! There is a grocery store around the corner. Laundry is two blocks away.

This is a walk-up, via three flights of stairs. All utilities, including Spectrum Wifi, are included in the price.

I have lived here for a couple years and will be traveling this fall.
