I will be traveling for October and need a subletter who loves cats and will take good care of my beautiful and charming bengal, Jerome.

He needs fresh water and 2 cans of food per day. He has a Litter Robot, so no scooping required. Must clean out the machine 2x per month and change bag in tray 1x per week. There is a $500 discount on the rent that reflects this.

I also have two plants that need to be watered about every two weeks.

My apartment is huge, light-filled and gorgeous on the 1st floor of a pre-war building on a quiet street. (There are a couple steps to get in front door and up to my hallway.)

Main bedroom has a king sized Tempur-Pedic mattress, flat-screen TV on wall, blackout curtains, a big closet, bookshelves, and air purifyer.

Second bedroom has twin bed, desk, clothing rack, and shelves.

Living room/ dining room with huge dining table and 8 seats.

Kitchen stocked with blender, Instapot, convection oven, and dishwasher.

Gorgeous, parquet hardware floors throughout apartment and huge closets in hallways and entry. Building has laundry in the basement.

I can be a bit flexible about exact dates.
