Centrally located in the heart of Park Slope / South Slope near countless shops, bars, and restaurants! There are multiple grocery stores and a laundromat right across the street. Easy walk to Prospect Park and the D, N, W, R, F and G trains.
This apartment is also surprisingly quiet being only a few dozen feet from 5th Ave.
About This Lister
I'm a filmmaker from upstate, NY. I edit and travel often for my work. Really like the area and think it's a great spot for someone coming to check out Brooklyn / NYC.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
Primary lease holder.
Rental requirements
The dates are somewhat flexible. Ideally renting the space to the same person for the entirety, so priority will go to someone looking for that! The fee is $150 a night for a week or more, $200 a night for any stays less than a week.
There is a $400 deposit due a day before the rental starts.
Pets Policy
Allowing dogs so long as they are well-trained and with an extra $200 deposit.
