Just a few short blocks from Fort Greene Park, our full-floor oasis awaits on the second floor of a landmarked 1860s townhouse. With arched windows, exposed brick, a tin ceiling, and custom-built interventions, the space blends historic charm with thoughtful modern touches.

We’re subletting our beloved apartment while we take a sabbatical and are looking for one or two tenants who will appreciate it as much as we do. If you can embrace a little character (crooked floors, a lively street), you’ll be rewarded with a truly special home in one of Brooklyn’s best neighborhoods.

The sublease is for one year, starting April 1. We can discuss slight deviations from that timeline.
