*Dates are flexible. I’m subletting my garden-level furnished 1 bedroom apartment in Gowanus, Brooklyn while I travel for work. March 15- April 30 are the dates listed, but I have some flexibility, so please reach out if those aren’t your exact dates. $2300/month all in (includes utilities and wifi).

My space is on the first floor of a small, quiet building near the intersection of 3rd Ave and 10th Street. It features a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor. The bedroom is located downstairs via a spiral staircase, and there is access to a private backyard with lounge chairs and a barbecue.

The neighborhood is wonderful, within 1 block from the F/G/R trains at the 4th Ave/9th Street stop. Within a 7 minute walking radius you'll find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and laundromat.

It’s a cozy space full of plants with a big, comfy couch and TV in the living room, a desk downstairs, and a full sized bed with an excellent mattress.
