We're offering our charming 1BR/1BA backhouse in Pasadena for sublet, as we’ll be spending most of the summer in NYC. Available now with flexible dates in June, July, and August.

About the Space:

We’ve put a lot of care into creating a comfortable space for both living and working, ensuring you have all the necessities for a restful and enjoyable stay! Below is a list of what the space includes and a few important notes:

Included:

- Cozy queen bed for a restful sleep.
- 55'' TV for entertainment.
- Fully equipped kitchen with useful appliances, including an oven/air fryer and a Nespresso machine for your coffee needs.
- Dedicated workspace with an extra monitor and ergonomic chair for productivity.
- Fast 1GB Wi-Fi connection.
- Walkable neighborhood, close to the metro station and Old Pasadena.
- Street parking with a daily permit.

Other Important Information:

- There’s a backhouse right next door where there are other tenants.
- The owner lives in the main house. They’re an amazing family and will help coordinate key handovers or any other assistance.
- We’re looking for a clean and responsible person. The place is close to natural areas, and although we've fumigated you might find ants around. Not enough to bother unless the place is not kept clean, or food is left out.
- No washer/dryer on-site, but there are laundromats nearby.
- Market in front of the house and a Ralphs 5 minutes away by car.

We also offer an SUV (RAV-4) rental through Turo that can be coordinated if needed.
