Electric keyboard, electric guitar, bass guitar are available for use, with a small amp and/or I have an SSL2 USB audio interface to plug into your laptop if you'd like.

High Speed 400Mbps Internet + Utilities included.

The bedroom also faces east for beautiful sunrises over the lake. Full Size bed.

Smart TV in the living room, and can make storage space depending on how much stuff you are bringing. Comfy lounge chair and couch to watch movies and TV.

The kitchen is fully furnished - I cook at home and have all the essentials. The bathroom window also can be lowered for a beautiful lake view while you shower :)

The apartment is on the 10th floor of a building on Lawrence Ave, just east of Sheridan Ave in beautiful Uptown Neighborhood. The 81 and 156 buses pass steps from the front door. 10 min walk to Wilson or Argyle Red Line stops. 7-9 min walk to be sitting at the lakefront overlooking Montrose Dog Beach.

I love walking to the lakefront, great grassy spots to sit and read or write. Tasty food options nearby (Mexican, Ethiopian, Thai, Bars, Pizza -- can give recs on request).

Two Elevators in the building, passenger in the front and freight in the back. Key Fob scan for Entrance and will be provided. Bike Room is available, laundry on the ground floor - 6 washers and 6 dryers -- always been able to do laundry when I wanted.

Perfect for a creative person traveling light, looking for a temporary landing spot.

I am prioritizing someone who can treat this place with care while I am gone. The ending date is flexible, and can be extended or shortened. Let's talk that over!

I am a Filmmaker splitting time between Chicago, IL and Medellín, Colombia. I am currently in Colombia indefinitely with my wife while we wait for her Visa to process.

I make videos for work but also like to make music, dance and create. Lots of fun jams and creative sessions have happened in this space.
