Rental requirements
Ideally you will be able to check out the apartment in person before agreeing to sublet, but I will consider an exception for someone coming from out of town. Will need to provide first month’s rent and a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent up front, which will be returned at the end of the sublet lease given there are no damages. Must sign a contract agreeing to the terms of the lease.
