I’m a 35 year old man from Texas that loves all of the energy of NYC. I lived in CA for a long time (college then life) but came to the big apple 4 years ago for a new experience.
I work in finance and love playing sports (pretty stereotypical for west village I know!)
I’ll be headed to Cape Town for the first time while my place is available.

Don’t need much besides a good conversation to check your vibe! Social media and job related info. And I can FaceTime you through the place. I’d ask for half of the payment up front + a security deposit depending on how many nights you would like to stay. Lastly a $100 cleaning fee for the housekeeper.
