Ultra hip neighborhood on the edge of Chinatown just a short stroll away from little Italy in one direction and a slightly longer stroll to South Street Sea port in the other. Surrounded by tons of great restaurants, cafes, bistros, bars, bakeries, patisseries, art galleries, thrift stores, unique shops and more. If you like fresh produce at the best price in the city, New York’s locals best kept secret is the daily farmers market at the foot of the Manhattan Bridge. A short walk to Trader Joe’s, Essex Market, Regal Cinema Essex, and the Trendy Dimes Square is right around the corner. This neighborhood has the best of what New York has to offer. You can choose to be in the thick of it, or wrap yourself in seclusion if, “you ‘vant to be alone”.

We Are two artist, both from California with deep New York roots. We travel a lot. Sometime for long periods, like a year in Rome, or a few months in New Hampshire.
