About This Lister
Have lived in LA for 5 years and was recently laid-off, so looking for my next adventure/city. Apartment comes fully-furnished and most items would be available for purchase. I will need to have movers come in a couple days before lease ends. I have lived in the building for 3-1/2 years and the views from the terrace never get old.

This is a lease transfer done thru the building. Does not include utilities. Gated parking available for $250/mo. Requires a credit check, 2.5x monthly rent annual salary ($82,500), and $750 security deposit. Applicants without a credit report will need to pay an additional 1 month security deposit. October 1 lease date is flexible.
Pets Policy
Cats and dogs welcomed with an additional security deposit.
