Located on the 6th floor and just a few minute walk to the Grand st L train, this apartment is genuinely filled with natural light all day. It comes fully furnished, and the bedroom available has a walk in closet, and private bathroom. The prospective tenant will also have access to their own private juliet balcony with impeccable skyline views, as well as very easy access to a large common rooftop.

The current tenant has two cats, is queer, travels every so often, and keeps the space tidy. Ideally, the person moving in would be excited about living with adorable and well-behaved kitties. André (me) is very social, but oftentimes keeps the living space quiet(ish) to facilitate rest and recharge.

The apartment is decorated quite minimally with plants, rugs, art, and mostly wooden furniture. There is in unit laundry, and all new kitchen appliances, as well as a gas stove. The current tenant cooks about one to two meals a day, and they are pescatarian.

The location of the space is very central. About a 3 minute walk from the Grand St L, and 5 minute walk from Graham St L, there are always transportation options depending on where you are commuting. Lower Manhattan is a breeze to get to, and the area surrounding this apartment is filled with niche cafés, wine bars, restaurants, and parks, the closest being Mcarren and Cooper Park.
