The previous person pulled out at the last moment, so I really need someone to take over my lease. I've already moved out, so the apartment is empty and freshly cleaned.

The rent is $2300 a month for 1200 square feet space. It features two bedroom, one bathroom and is the second floor of a duplex. There's a spacious kitchen, a separate dining room, and a patio. Washer and dryer is on the property, and there's residential street parking. It's pet friendly but not wheelchair accessible. Utilities not included.

It's a ten to twelve minute walk from Wellington T stop and there's the 100, 108, and 134 busses that run on the corner. Stop & Shop, Planet Fitness, and a there's even a brand new Raising Cane's opened up across the street.
