A charming; spacious and well located 1.5 bedroom in the heart of Clinton Hill. Our apartment is a stone's throw away from some of the best spots in the neighborhood, with close proximity to the G and C train.

The main bedroom is gigantic with a comfortable queen-size bed, a large desk workspace, ample closet space and lots of natural light.

Attached to the main bedroom is a second bedroom that we call a half not because of size, but because of it's attachment to the main bedroom). It's currently used it as a nursery, but can be furnished with a daybed or comfy air mattress.

There is a nice sized living room / kitchen, and a separate dining nook that can double as another workspace.

We are truly in the heart of a vibrant; green neighborhood on one of my favorite blocks in Clinton Hill and in Brooklyn; right down the street from Locanda Vini e Olii, and Biddrina Gelato which has become a nearly nightly obsession :) Other nearby neighborhood favorites include Aita, Chek Katsu, Impasto, Good Batch and sooo much more. Fort Greene park all of Fort Greene's goodness is a breezy 14 minute walk away. Playgrounds and community gardens abound.
