Hello! I’m looking for a subletter while I’m out of town, dates are somewhat flexible so feel free to check in. One bedroom one bath with bathtub, full kitchen, living/ dining room, private outdoor space. Side by side duplex with gated front yard and private backyard patio space. Laundry in the garage included. Abundant street parking.

Montecito Heights is adjacent to Highland Park, Mount Washington, and Lincoln Heights in northeast LA. Close to many shops, grocery stores, cafes, etc. A very short walk to Debs Park, a huge park with walking trails, sweeping city views, and a pond at the top. Close to the A train and many other bus lines. Chill street with neighborhood vibes. My last guest reported being comfortable and grateful to stay at my beautiful home ;)

The front door is up a few steps from street level and opens to the living room/ dining room. Down the hall is the bedroom, and the bathroom and kitchen are in the rear of the apartment. The back door opens to the gated patio. It gets nice light in the front and rear while the bedroom stays pretty shaded all day, perfect for a midday nap. Hardwood floors and tile throughout. I like to keep things tidy and clean.
