The apartment is between Melrose + Santa Monica off of La Brea with tons of shops, restaurants, theaters and cafe's surrounding.

Super central location if you don’t have a car. Within walking distance: Target, TJ’s, CVS, Sprouts, parks with tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. 10 min drive to Runyon if you like to hike!

It's a small gated complex with a beautiful courtyard (cute for WFH or a little dinner party) friendly neighbors and laundry on site.

The apartment:
- On the second floor with front patio facing the courtyard and private back patio with a table and chairs (smoking friendly)

- lots of sun during the day

- strong wifi, printer + desk for WFH

- street parking (you can use our car pass for yours if needed)
