Hello! I have a beautiful home in Prospect Heights in a perfect location—just a few blocks from Prospect Park, the B/Q, 2/3 and LIRR trains. It's located near Vanderbilt Avenue (which has tons of cute restaurants and shops). The large one-bedroom apartment is fully furnished (including cooking supplies!) and has floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom, a washer/dryer in unit, a dishwasher, a full bathtub, a queen sized bed, and a large balcony with seating. It is serene and well-designed (if I may say so myself), and very comfortable for one person.

The building has a bike room, roof access and an elevator- plus a fantastic community of neighbors. It would be perfect for a responsible, considerate renter who wants to live in Brooklyn for 8+ months, or for someone who lives upstate and wants a place in the city. I'm ideally looking for someone who is interested in renting from January 1, 2025 until September 1, 2025, with flexibility on the end date.

A few things to note: I'll be outside of the city during your stay, so I'd love to find someone self-sufficient as I won't be on site (though I'm very responsive by phone if issues come up!).

I am not able to accommodate any pets (no exceptions, even if your dog is super cute and quiet) or smokers (smoking on the balcony is not permitted). Please only reach out if you're interested in a 8+ month stay; I can't consider shorter rentals, but I'm flexible on the end date. For accessibility purposes, please note that the shower is in a step-in tub.
