We've lived here 6 years and the house is full of full of plants, art, and thoughtfully chosen items. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, cook's kitchen, TV w/ HBO, Amazon, Netflix.

I'm an actor and gardener. My wife Camila is a mindfulness teacher. We've put a lot of love and labor into this place and it’s worth it to see people's reactions when they see it for the first time - it really is quite unique.

Prioritizing longer stays - ideally someone wants the whole time.
We need a person or couple who are going to treat the house as if it were their own, care for the plants, not throw any parties and just be good humans. We have a dog who spends a good amount of time in the garden which is fully fenced - could be great for the right pooch.
$100 cleaning fee
plus a refundable deposit of $500
To book I'll ask for half up front to hold the dates and other half before move in. Keys will be in a lockbox.
Pets Policy
We love animals! Well behaved pets considered with an extra $50 cleaning fee.
