- wifi, TV with Roku and digital antenna.

- Laundry and public CitiBikes right across the street. 24h free street parking all around.

- The minimum stay is 4 nights. We rent the entire place for a maximum of 3 weeks at a time (can be discussed), and prefer a total of 2 guests (there are possible exceptions).

- We have made apartment rules and checkin super easy with short instructional videos we send via whatsapp etc. after booking.
