I have a railroad apartment in the heart of Chelsea to sublease. I would prefer to start with a year. Dates could be gently flexible. Extending it beyond that is also an option.

Chelsea is an amazing neighborhood and I have really loved calling it home for so many years. It has many restaurants, cafes, and bars all around. There is no laundry in the building but plenty of option near by to either do it yourself or drop it off. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are less then 10 minute walks as well as multiple gyms, and yoga studios.

The High Line, Chelsea Market, and Meatpacking District are all within a 5 minute walk. The Hudson River park is 10-15 minutes along with the West Village. Union Square is about 20 minutes by foot.

The home is a corner apartment in the back of the building with a view of the townhouses' gardens across from it and it is away from any street noise. One flight of stairs up.

The apartment comes furnished. Recently re-decorated. The mattress is a few years old and very comfortable.

It is a few blocks from the C & E in one direction at 8/23 and a few blocks to the A, C, E, & L in the other direction at 8/16.

For storage you would have a closet, some storage under the bed and a few drawers and cupboards.
