Calling artists and art enthusiasts! Join the vibrant community of Unruly Collective, an art residency house in Bushwick. This spacious, private sun-filled bedroom offers serenity in our beautiful 3-story home. Immerse yourself in creativity with access to our lovely kitchen, cozy living room adorned with an evolving art collection, lively backyard, and versatile venue/performance space.

Currently there are 5 artists living in the house. This bedroom is in our renovated basement and includes a bathroom and direct access to our backyard and music space. The house includes a large kitchen/living room on 1st floor, renovated basement venue leads out to a garden backyard, and full baths on all floors. In our venue, we host live music, comedy shows, open mics, and art parties (and you are welcome to participate in all!).

Located in a peaceful neighborhood, we are one block from L-train and two blocks from J-train, near Irving Square & Highland Park.
