Hello!

I am subletting my large 1 bedroom apartment in Prospect Heights while I am out of town for work.

I’m looking for a mature, respectful single person or couple to rent the space while I am away. Preferably a non-smoker, and sorry, but no pets. I am very clean and would expect the same of the person in the space.

It was a newly renovated space when I moved in last summer, so it’s clean and up to date. A lot of the furniture, appliances, etc are essentially brand new so please intend to be respectful of everything!

The building has an electronic security / buzz system and is on the corner of a quiet intersection of Prospect Heights. It’s very close to Prospect Park, Gold Star Beer Counter, Brooklyn Museum, restaurants and bars on Washington Ave and Vanderbilt Ave, etc.

The building does not have laundry, but there are multiple places within a block or so.
