Looking for a roommate in a large, conveniently-located 2BR loft. I work from home during the day, so it's ideal if you have a day job, but may be open to hybrid or we can discuss.

- Most importantly looking for someone trustworthy and respectful
- 11/1 move in, may be flexible
- Huge bonus if you’re good with plants
- There's a projector
- I take care of all utilities/house stuff and just add it to the rent to simplify (usually run around $150 - $250/month)
- Room is long, but large with a large window facing the skyline (8' x 29'!)
- Washer/dryer in the building
- Tons of space/storage
- Workspace in your bedroom
- Rooftop access with view of skyline
- I love pets, but would prefer none

Most things are within 10 min walk, grocery, cafes, bars, shops, very convenient neighborhood.

On Moore Street in Bushwick, 3 blocks from the Morgan L, 15 min to Manhattan.
