The apartment is a bottom floor, corner, 2 bed 1 bath in Mar Vista. Washer/Dyer on site, potential garage parking for extra $$, though I always find a spot on the street.

Your bedroom is the one pictured, in the back corner, large and full of morning light. Big closet plus lots of storage throughout the space. It will come empty.

The living space is roomy and colorfully decorated, I cook a lot and the kitchen has worked great for me.

We are friendly with many neighbors. There is a nice courtyard to have coffee/a drink or read your book in.

Barrington & National are cross streets. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Yama Sushi (obsessed), Chiptole, two cute new coffee/smoothie spots, NY Bagels and more. Very convenient to get onto the 10 or 405. 15 min drive from the beach. 10 min walk to the lovely Mar Vista Recreation Center Park.

Your future (my current) roommate is in her 30's. She is very thoughtful, when I moved in over a year ago she made sure to create space for me in every possible spot she could think of, I felt so welcomed. She's an illustrator and works in project management from home. We are friendly, while also respecting each other's space and keep to ourselves 70% of the time. She is very clean, something I really appreciate. Loves to thrift, play tennis, do yoga, bake, go out to eat, to concerts and paints. We've never had problems with noise or being disrespectful in any way. We always give a polite heads up before we have friends over.
