Lease Takeover
We are looking for someone to take over our lease in Clinton Hill. We have a beautiful, modern, and light-filled apartment on Waverly Avenue, super close to all the best restaurants on Myrtle and Dekalb.
It's a 3 apartment building (walk up), we are on the 3rd floor, with really lovely neighbors. One family on the ground floor and two young women who we get on super well with. We have adored this apartment while we've been here, but we sadly need to leave NYC due to family reasons. Our current lease runs to end July 2025, so we would ideally like someone to take over the lease. The landlords are super lovely and accommodating so you may be able to extend if all goes well
